Cute! In our 'hood - pets are often walked around in baby carriages. Totally tripped me out when I first started hanging out down here years ago. Over at Fashion Island (Newport mall) - pets are WELCOMED and they even pass out doggie treats at Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus. When shops around here don't allow pets in - they lose business.
